Biography
Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a sophomore studying social work and human development & family studies. Outside of school, you can probably find me reading, drawing, listening to music, taking pictures, or spending time with my friends and family. I love hiking and seeing new places — my dream is to visit every U.S. National Park! I’m so excited to explore America on two wheels.
Personal Statement
I joined Illini 4000 to be a part of something positive and meaningful. I am on my career path in order to do good, because I don’t always see enough of it in the world around me. Joining the Bike America team is a step towards good that I can take before graduating and officially entering my field. Through fundraising, raising awareness, and telling the stories of those affected by cancer, I have the privilege to help make a substantial positive impact on peoples’ lives.
