BIOGRAPHY
Hi, my name is Clara O’Sullivan. I’m from St Charles, Illinois, and I am a junior here at UIUC studying Environmental Sustainability and Food Systems. I’m a person with a positive attitude, and a fun loving and adventurous spirit. I’m enjoying my time as a college student, and I’m excited to be on the Illini 4k 2022 Bike America team. I’m looking forward to the experience and everything it will bring.
PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have always been an empathetic person, and my heart goes out to others who are in need. My grandmother recently passed away from leukemia, and she was a wonderful person. Her and my grandfather, who also passed away from cancer, truly showed me they loved me, and their passing has taught me that love like theirs never goes away. I would like to share this kind of love with others throughout the country this summer, and be part of the force of peace and healing we can all get from leaning on each other.
